"Après avoir vendu avec mes associés KPMG Peat Marwick Consultants à Computer Sciences (CSC) en 1998, j'ai commencé à coacher dès 2001.

En 2003, mes trois associés et moi avons créé Change Partnership, qui a pris le nom de Praesta en fondant Praesta International en 2005.

Le réseau Praesta International pratique le coaching de performance dans une quinzaine de pays avec la même exigence de résultat.

Plus de 6000 cadres de direction ont déjà accru leur performance en travaillant avec Praesta.

En France, nous sommes cinq professionnels à Paris, Lyon et Toulouse et nous travaillons pour une trentaine de groupes qui proposent le coaching de performance à leurs cadres-clés.

J'accompagne dans mon métier de coach des dirigeants et futurs dirigeants, femmes et hommes, qui veulent repousser leurs limites. Je coache à Paris et Toulouse, et je pratique aussi la supervision de coaches.

Nos programmes prévoient 3, 6, 9 ou 12 mois d'accès illimité au coach pour atteindre les objectifs professionnels fixés au lancement.
